Home Advantage Member Benefits
For Only $14.95/month

Energy Efficiency

Identifies potential need for insulation and member saves $40 on BPI certified energy audit and $500 on insulation and air sealing. Due to audit results, eligible for $200 Xcel energy audit rebate and thousands under Whole Home Efficiency Program through CHS.

Electrical Safety

Identifies lack of proper grounding and surge protection, and member saves $700 on code-compliant grounding and surge protection devices while avoiding costly damage to appliances in power outages and routine surges.

Skylight Upgrades

Identifies aging skylights susceptible to leaks and heat loss and member saves $440 on upgraded replacement skylight, also eligible for a $1200 solar tax credit.

CHS Home Advantage Program Details

Includes all Home Advantage Program Evaluation and Pricing benefits plus:

  • Lifetime workmanship warranty

  • Extended 5-year labor warranty for work completed by our company

  • Regular maintenance inspections

  • Priority scheduling

  • Change the text and add your own content, including any information that is relevant to share.

    Any eligible product, device, or equipment that fails to perform as designed will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge for 5 years as long as your Home Advantage Membership is in good standing continuously since time of original installation service.

    If failure is a result of improper installation, we will replace the product free of any labor or material cost to members as long as your Home Advantage Membership is in good standing continuously since time of original service.

    Failure of any eligible product, device or equipment through abuse, misuse, neglect vandalism, fire, flood, earthquake or other acts of God (force majeure) will not be covered. The results of ordinary wear and tear such as scratches or finish blemishes will not constitute cause for replacement. Maintenance or alteration of eligible products, devices, and equipment by anyone other than our company will void this warranty.

    In order to ensure trouble-free operation of eligible products, devices, and equipment, we must thoroughly inspect your home's elements within our scope on our initial visit. Afterward, we will need to inspect that scope at least once every eleven months.

     

    During this visit, our technician will make any necessary adjustments, repairs, or replacements of eligible products, devices, and equipment—at no cost to you.

    Home Advantage Program Evaluations included in this agreement must be performed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM excluding holidays). There will be an additional fee required in order to perform these included services outside of normal business hours.

    In order to receive a Home Advantage Program Evaluation, you must contact our office during normal business hours and request an appointment. The date and appointment window will be scheduled based on availability.

    All Home Advantage membership agreements are for a term of no less than one year (12 consecutive months). Unless we are advised by you in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the initial one year term (12 months) of this Super Service Club monthly membership agreement this Order Form will automatically renew for an additional consecutive 12-month period (Renewal Term).

    We may at our discretion, provide notice at least 60 days in advance of any Renewal Term, of a monthly charge increase. After said notice of increase, you shall have 30 days to provide us with written notice of your cancellation of the Home Advantage Membership agreement if you do not wish to renew.

    During any Renewal Term, your coverage shall be governed by the Home Advantage Program agreement. Further, Excluded charges may be modified as set forth in the Home Advantage Program Evaluations. CHS reserves the right to update terms and conditions annually ahead of a renewal term.

    You are responsible for all excluded charges as incurred. Excluded charges do not receive pricing benefits include permitting costs, utility alteration or support fees, and any external costs deemed not within our control or related to our scope and services.

     

    Other conditions may be required for eligibility as determined by our technician. Installations must comply with all local codes.
