A qualified installation is a major home upgrade with a final net invoice of $3,000 or more after discounts, rebates, and promotions are applied.
Qualifying Project Examples
Qualified projects may include water heater replacements, electrical panel upgrades, whole house fan bundles, insulation systems, larger electrical upgrades, and other major home comfort or efficiency improvements.
Why the Net Invoice Matters
The $3,000 minimum is based on the final paid project total after applicable discounts, rebates, membership savings, or promotional offers. Grouped invoices for work completed over time do not qualify.
