Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Colorado Home Services Referral Program. This program is designed to reward our customers, local partners, and community members for sharing Colorado Home Services with people they know.

Please review the terms and conditions below before participating in the referral program.

  1. Eligibility

The Colorado Home Services Referral Program is open to current and past customers of Colorado Home Services, as well as approved local affiliates and independent canvassers.

To participate, referrers must create an account and generate their unique referral link or QR code through the official Colorado Home Services referral portal.

Referral links and QR codes must be used according to the program rules outlined on this page.

  1. Qualified Installation Requirement

To be eligible for the new customer referral discount and referrer reward, the referred service must qualify as a Qualified Installation.

A Qualified Installation is a completed project that results in a final paid invoice of $3,000 or more.

The $3,000 minimum must be met after any applicable discounts, rebates, member savings, promotional offers, or other adjustments are applied.

Grouped invoices for work completed over time do not qualify.

Examples of Qualified Installations may include:

New insulation systems

Water heater replacements

Electrical panel upgrades

Comprehensive lighting packages

Whole house fan bundles

Other major qualifying home comfort, electrical, plumbing, or energy efficiency upgrades

Colorado Home Services reserves the right to determine whether a project qualifies under the referral program.

  1. New Customer Referral Discount

A referred new customer may receive $150 off their first Qualified Installation when they use a valid referral link or are properly signed up by a qualifying referrer before scheduling a visit or receiving a quote.

The referral discount cannot be applied after a customer has already scheduled service, received a quote, or entered the Colorado Home Services system for that project.

The referral discount applies only to qualifying new customer projects that meet the Qualified Installation requirements.

  1. Referrer Rewards

Referrers may earn a reward of up to $500 when their referral results in a completed and paid Qualified Installation.

The exact reward amount is based on the final net invoice total of the completed project.

Rewards are based on the completed and paid final net invoice amount after discounts, rebates, member savings, promotional offers, or other adjustments are applied.

  1. Reward Fulfillment

Referral rewards will be issued within 5 days after the referred customer’s completed installation has been paid in full and the payment has cleared.

Colorado Home Services may require accurate contact information, payment information, tax documentation, or other reasonable information before issuing a referral reward.

Failure to provide required information may delay or prevent reward fulfillment.

  1. Prior Contact and Existing Quotes

Referral discounts and rewards are not available if the referred customer has already had prior contact with Colorado Home Services for the same project.

This includes customers who have already scheduled a visit, received a quote by phone, email, online, or in person, been entered into the Colorado Home Services system, started an active project discussion with Colorado Home Services, or completed the project before the referral was submitted.

Referrals must be submitted before the referred customer schedules a visit, receives a quote, or enters the Colorado Home Services system for that project.

Retroactive referrals are not allowed.

  1. No Self-Claiming or Self-Referrals

Customers may not refer themselves or self-claim a referral discount.

Referrers may not use alternate names, email addresses, phone numbers, aliases, or other methods to refer themselves.

Colorado Home Services may deny any referral that appears to be self-submitted, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the program.

  1. Household and Family Restrictions

The referrer and referred customer may not live at the same physical address or be part of the same household.

Spouses, domestic partners, and immediate family members living under the same roof may not refer one another.

Referral rewards and discounts are intended for separate households and genuine new customer referrals.

  1. Abuse, Fraud, and Program Integrity

Colorado Home Services reserves the right to deny, delay, cancel, or revoke referral discounts or rewards at its sole discretion if abuse, manipulation, fraud, duplicate claims, self-referrals, or violations of the program rules are suspected.

Examples of prohibited activity may include creating fake referrals, referring yourself under another name, submitting referrals after a quote has already been provided, attempting to apply discounts retroactively, using misleading or unauthorized promotional methods, sharing referral links in a way that misrepresents Colorado Home Services or the referral program, or attempting to manipulate the program for rewards that do not reflect genuine referrals.

Colorado Home Services may remove participants from the program for suspected abuse or violation of these terms.

  1. Employee, Affiliate, and Canvasser Participation

Employees of Colorado Home Services may be eligible for an internal incentive structure.

Approved business affiliates and independent canvassers may be subject to separate commission agreements or referral arrangements.

When a separate agreement exists, that agreement supersedes the standard customer referral reward structure.

  1. Program Changes

Colorado Home Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time and without prior notice.

This includes the right to change reward tiers, discount amounts, eligibility requirements, Qualified Installation thresholds, program rules, payout timelines, and approved participant categories.

Any changes will apply according to the program terms in effect at the time Colorado Home Services reviews and processes the referral.

  1. Final Determination

Colorado Home Services reserves the right to make the final determination regarding referral eligibility, Qualified Installation status, referral reward amounts, discount eligibility, and any other program-related decisions.

Participation in the referral program does not guarantee a discount or reward unless all program requirements are met.
